(急)酷航機票換人

不好意思
想來請問大家
我是幫我朋友來問的

6/22原本我朋友打算坐酷航跟我們在日本會合
但她男朋友家中忽然有急事無法出國
所以她想將機票改成她妹妹的

6/11問時是說換人要加8100
後來上網看好像就是這個價沒錯
決定在今天6/12打去確認要換人時
竟然說要加1萬6!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (打去確認過2次)
才一天就差一倍
請問大家 這樣正常嗎?
查了一下現在買一樣時間的票價差不多1萬9
不知道酷航1萬6是怎麼算的

請問大家會如何抉擇? 放棄?換別家航空?
