全身只有肚子大,能做仰臥起坐嗎?

看了好多文章,都沒定論,有人說越做肚子越大,有人說不會。
我知道搭配上有氧運動才是最好,想確認一下,麻煩解惑。

當沒搭配有氧運動時,只做仰臥起做,是否能讓肚子變小?

Ps我身高175,體重67,四肢很瘦,肚子極度肥大,不求腹肌,只求褲子變鬆。
