桃園縣大溪鎮一家豆干工廠，未取得固定污染源操作許可證，擅自排放廢氣，除裁罰新台幣10萬元，並責令立即停工。

桃園縣政府環境保護局今天指出，大溪鎮一家從事豆類食品加工業的豆干工廠，被檢舉排放廢氣，經稽查人員發現，公司未領有工廠登記證，現場卻設有一座7.2噸的蒸氣鍋爐。

環保局表示，工廠未取得固定污染源操作許可證，就擅自營運偷排廢氣，依違反空氣污染防制法裁罰10萬元，同時責令立即停工，未取得許可前不得操作。

對於未經合法登記或許可者的工廠，環保局表示，一經查獲偷排廢氣，會在設備電源起動鈕加貼封條，必要時派員駐廠查核，杜絕非法工廠逍遙法外。(中央社)
