喜宴菜單，如何更改?

要結婚宴客了
但隨著物價上漲
所以宴客一桌要一萬元

因為餐廳合菜的份量都不多
很怕宴客時客人吃不飽
請問要如何更改價錢不變、
或價錢可拉低，再多1~2道菜?

菜單如下
1.花好月圓
2.龍蝦大拼盤
3.港式九孔鮑拼盤
4.佛跳牆
5.鮮紅條
6.魚翅燉土雞
7.蓮子米糕併美點
8.豬肋排
9.海大蝦
10.龍蝦極品鍋
11.紅燒象拔蚌
12.起司蛋糕
13.水果

另外，想說加菜的構想菜單
如:
海鮮羹、橙汁雞翅、花壽司併蜜汁叉燒、蒜泥蒸旭蟹河粉
不知適不適合?要加在哪裡之類的...
