FLASH控制IC擎泰(3555-TW)為彌補營運虧損，因此宣布進行減資，擬減資2.57億元，減資比率39.89%，減資後資本額減少為3.87億元，將有助今年營運。

擎泰近 2 年受主力客戶需求不佳影響，營運都處於虧損窘境，去年稅後淨損5.79億元，每股稅後淨損8.52元，虧損近 1 個股本，不過已較2012年虧損金額減少，擎泰2012年稅後虧損9.53億元，每股稅後虧損14.9元。

累計擎泰2012至2013年，稅後淨損達15億元以上，每股稅後虧損23.42元，虧掉 2 個股本。

擎泰舉行董事會，決議通過減資彌補虧損案，擬減資2.57億元，減資比率39.89%，減資後資本額減少為3.87億元。另外董事會也通過，由於去年營運續虧損，因此擬不發放股利。
