SONY手機無法關機(急20點)

我的手機型號是sony xperia neo L MT25i，
手機一直停在「關機中」的畫面，
而且手機的時鐘是顯示現在的時間，
不是顯示關機時的時間，
這是不是代表手機裡面的功能還在運作呀?
已經好幾個小時了耶~~~拜託幫幫我啊~~~

P.S
會不會是我前幾天APP裝太多了呢，
少說至少有20個APP...
但這樣的關機速度會不會太慢了呀???
智慧型手機沒有在關機的嗎?
