標題[請益] 台光電子RD部門OFFER

小弟有幸得到這間offer,職缺內容主要是研發部門的製程單位 對於工作內容主要是要量化導入研發的產品， 只是對於這間公司目前知道是做銅箔基板且偏向高分子材料， 但小弟之前所學偏向陶瓷材料，因此有點猶豫! 另外想請問對於這份工作未來性或轉職是否看好? 最後想請問有人有這間公司相關工作情況消息嗎? 小弟社會新鮮人，因此有點猶豫是否要接這offer還是繼續找其他的!? 小弟是116碩畢,這家offer開40k,無加班費,有分紅績效獎金及通勤津貼100/天 懇請板上大大能給予意見! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.224.161.210 ※ 編輯: tyty33128 來自: 36.224.161.210 (12/16 17:48)
