【盧麗蓮／綜合報導】日月光私埋管線排放毒廢水案，日月光今天下午3點半舉行記者會，神隱多日的董事長張虔生親上火線。

張虔生對於造成社會紛擾不安，致上最深歉意。他稱沒有台灣就沒有日月光，一路走來在意生態，「我怎忍心破壞環境？」並指聽到消息也是萬分震驚和痛心，會追查真相。

張虔生表示，將每年捐1億做為環保用途，連續30年，他並鄭重澄清：「絕無蓄意排放汙水、私設暗管。」
