（軍聞社記者周昇煒臺北十二日電）立法院司法及法制、外交及國防委員會今天審查《陸海空軍服制條例修正草案》，國防部副部長嚴德發上將表示，希望透過條例修正，提升國軍野戰服隱蔽與偽裝，使國軍野戰服滿足戰場使用與戰備需求。

　嚴副部長在接受立委備詢時指出，國防部在三軍通用的原則下，進行新式國軍數位迷彩野戰服的研製，未來將分年逐次換發，以提升國軍野戰服穿著舒適與偽裝效能。

　嚴副部長進一步表示，由於目前海軍陸戰隊野戰服階級標示為金色，較不符合野戰服隱蔽與偽裝的需求，未來野戰服配戴的階級標識顏色，國防部將考量作戰任務性質、戰區天候及環境等因素訂定，俾利符合彈性立法精神。
