高輝：陸劃防空識別區 不致影響兩岸

大陸劃設東海防空識別區，引發東海局勢緊張。國民黨大陸事務部主任高輝表示，大陸此舉確實引發包括中美日關係緊張，但不致影響兩岸關係。他說，兩岸交流包括人員往來、航班往來、貿易往來都已制度化，也是常態，不會因此改變。
