最近被老闆fire了，只因為我下班兼差當家教，其實蠻不能理解為啥我用我自己的時間沒礙到上班時間啊？這樣的意思是下班想去上課學東西也都不行摟？喔，我要解釋一下我的工作性質是跑乳射健檢車的，所以可能會有臨時出車情形，但即使這樣我都以工作為重啊，最近公司還給員工們都放無薪假，一放就大半個月，我在想我被fire是不是公司早就打算要裁人了？兼差這件事主管們真的都不喜歡不能接受嗎？還是只有我的主管？很不能理解為什麼以這理由就fire我？各位有過因為兼職而發生不愉快的嗎？還是也像我一樣直接開除？ -- Sent from my iPhone -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 223.138.225.221 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1417224544.A.15B.html
