關於三星S4手機更新

不好意思 想請很了解手機的人幫我解答一下
我最近本來想要更新一下手機

結果按了 自動更新之後
系統跑出了這段字"你的裝置已變更，軟體更新不可用"
這是怎麼回事

我有小爬一下文
有人說是因為刷機才會這樣
但是我從來沒刷過機耶

然後我的手機狀態裡的 設備狀態竟然顯示"自訂"

到底是怎麼了手機 這樣就直接送回原廠修嗎?
還是有其他方法 我實在不太懂手機
