【綜合報導】加拿大一隻小猴「達爾文」(Darwin)因曾經在當地的IKEA賣場「趴趴走」，轟動一時，而昨日當地法院最新裁決，判達爾文必須住在動保中心，不准回到飼主納胡達(Yasmin Nakhuda)身邊。

法官維莉(Mary Vallee)指出，達爾文是野生動物，根據加拿大法律規定，一般民間不可飼養野生動物，因此判達爾文必須住在動保中心。而維莉也發現，納胡達聽到判決後雖然很失望，但沒有太大不滿獲反抗。
