第26屆世界棒球錦標賽中華隊與日本隊之戰，中華隊最後以1:4落敗，無緣拿到開賽首勝。

6局下楊家維的高飛球被判定是界外全壘打，也讓中華隊總教練藍文成上場抗議，賽後針對此事件也提出看法。

「去年世青賽就是三位裁判在判，我不知道是大會為何如此堅持，一定要用三位裁判，這樣重要的國際賽事，為什麼不用4位裁判。」

由於國際棒總為了縮減經費，近幾年也在推三人裁判，主判青棒賽事，但是難免還是會有遺漏。

「或許是經費不足，但是由於當下主審的判決，加上無法重播再檢閱，這讓我們也無法接受。」

由於大會開始前就有跟所有的球隊說明沒有重播檢閱，因此也變成中華隊沒有機會再看重播。 (接下一頁)
