廢考院？關中：不適合政治操作

考試院院長關中今天說，考試院存在有其理論上跟實務上基礎考試院是超然獨立、合議制機關，在我國民主政治發展過程中，有超然獨立的考試院，對於我們民主深化、民主鞏固是有貢獻的。對於外界批評應廢掉考試院、監察院等說法，關中說，這是憲法層次問題，不適合作政治操作。
