洪仲丘案 桃地院合議庭具經驗

桃園地方法院今天指出，負責審理陸軍下士洪仲丘案的審判長為9年資深法官、受命法官承辦955件刑事裁判，均累積相當經驗。

洪仲丘案移由桃園地方法院審理後，將由審判長鄭吉雄、受命法官丁俞尹、陪席法官許菁樺組成合議庭承審。

桃園地方法院下午發布新聞稿指出，全案昨天公開抽出組成合議庭審理。鄭吉雄為桃園地院辦理刑事案件9年的資深法官，合議庭成員都累積相當審判實務經驗。以受命法官丁俞尹為例，依桃園地院統計資料，到民國102年7月底，承辦刑事裁判共計955件。

地院表示，全案由審判長帶領，採全程合議、密集審理方式；合議庭成員均負有熱誠，辦案認真。全案在法院公開審理期間，籲請大家給法院純淨審判空間。
