進軍智慧家居，三星以 2 億美金收購智慧家居平臺 SmartThings

根據外媒 The Verge 消息，三星確認收購智慧家居平臺公司 SmartThings，據悉其收購價格為2億美元。收購後的 SmartThings 仍將獨立運營，他們最初發跡於 Kickstarter，那時還是2012年，就已經獲得 1500 多萬美元的融資。

今年年初 Google 以 32 億美元收購 Nest 恒溫器，引發行業對智慧家居的關注，蘋果有 Homekit，如今三星收購了 SmartThings，巨頭之間的大戰又要一觸即發了麼？此處自動忽略微軟呵呵！

作為手機行業的巨頭，三星有著一定數量級別的用戶（雖然最近被小米打得很慘，銷量下滑），此次收購能夠加速三星家電智慧化的進程，而對於SmartThings，除了能夠跟三星開展業務合作，還能夠跟穀歌蘋果一較高下！至於三星會在智慧家居平臺推出神馬新玩意就不知道囉！
