謊稱法院司機毆打法警　前科男被訴

【呂志明／台北報導】有搶奪前科紀錄的彭姓男子，今年2月26日清晨6時左右進到台北地檢署，由於行跡可疑，北檢黃姓法警上前詢問，彭男謊稱自己是台北地院的司機後，就朝法務部的方向走，還用手用力扳開管制門。

黃姓法警追上前詢問為何不用感應卡，要求出示證件，彭竟動手毆打法警胸口，法警隨即出手反制，並以妨害公務罪現行犯逮捕移送法辦，台北地檢署今天偵結，依法起訴彭男。
