歐巴馬稱無意收緊監控權　將提高透明度

【綜合報導】美國中情局前雇員史諾登大爆政府，大規模監控市民的網路及電話後，美國總統奧巴馬在周五召開記者會談及監控計劃，以釋除公眾的疑慮。

歐巴馬表明無意停止國安局的監控計劃，但承諾加強監督和提高透明度，並會要求國會研究修訂《愛國者法案》，讓公眾知道監控如何進行，以恢復公眾對監控計劃的信任。

歐巴馬強調，政府在未得到授權下，不會去竊聽民眾的電話，往後如何使用監控得來的資料，將會詳細說明。
