高跟鞋弧度跟腳不符合

每次我穿高跟鞋我腳旁邊的弧度都會跟高跟鞋不符合
導致我的前掌後跟都會很痛 這個問題要怎麼解決呢?
就算我穿平底的鞋子也會痛
是不是因為 弧度不合 施力不平均 所以才導致我穿任何一種鞋都會腳痛

那這種問題 該怎麼解決呢??
