贈與可以不履約嗎?

請問大大
不動產買賣,屋內家具,電器原本答應無償贈與,合約未完成前可以反悔嗎?→原則上，動產贈與在交付前得撤銷之。所以若是單純的贈與那當然可以，只是依民法在某些情形下的贈與不能反悔，那些情形就是：1.爲履行道德義務之贈與；2.經公證之贈與 。
