陸軍542旅下士洪仲丘枉死案，國防部高等軍事法院檢查署偵查終結，起訴542旅旅長沈威志等18人。

軍檢署31日上午召開記者會，根據起訴書內容，起訴沈威志、何江忠、徐信正、劉延俊、范佐憲、陳以人等18人，起訴罪名包括刑法第28條、陸海空軍刑法第45條第2項「共同對部屬施以法定種類以外之處罰」、陸海空軍刑法第76條第1項第2款、刑法第134條、第302條「共同職權妨礙自由等罪」。

軍檢署表示，該案致使社會對軍中管教之嚴重負面觀感、對洪家人造成無法抹滅之傷害，以法從重量刑。
