日北海道列車出事率太高　9月底前停駛

【綜合報導】日本北海道特急列車「北斗」，因故障和失火事故頻傳，決定到9月底前全面停駛，與「北斗」同車款的「超級北斗」，以及「超級天空」列車等，也跟進停駛。

北海道列車公司原定停駛日只到本月底，但公司指出要再更進一步探究故障原因，因此多延一個月停駛。
