還在丟死禽？農委會祭重罰

農委會防檢局今天表示，昨（16）日桃園市環保局接獲民眾檢舉，桃園蘆竹區一飼養約3萬8400隻肉雞的禽場，在場邊丟棄大量死雞；桃園市動物保護防疫處已對養禽場執行移動管制，並採集場內外死禽檢體送農委會家畜衛生試驗所檢測。

防檢局表示，後續將由桃園市政府依違反廢清法規定處分，並依檢測結果釐清此禽場是否未依動物傳染病防治條例第12條規定通報疫情，違反可罰5萬元至100萬元。
