對學運撤告？毛治國：表意有法律界限

三一八學運將在明天滿周年，相關話題再度熱議。民進黨立委鄭麗君今天在立法院質詢行政院長毛治國時問，行政院要不要對被起訴的學運成員撤告？對此毛治國回，「不願意干涉司法」，但應以寬容的態度對待青年學子，不過為了確保國家行政體系運作，行政院有義務維護官署安全。

鄭麗君追問，對於學運，立法院長王金平可以做到立法院不提告，「你毛治國做得到嗎？」對此毛治國回應，立法機關與行政機關不同，他也說，「意見表達有法律界限，意見表達要彼此尊重。」

毛治國也拿昨天早上在住家遭國道收費員包圍當例子，他表示，「昨天家裡遭受的狀況，那也是法律界限的問題。」
