馬鈴薯皮吃起來有澀味

最近小弟我在吃減肥餐，別人說馬鈴薯要連皮帶吃比較好，
但是每次吃馬鈴薯皮的時候都有一種難以言喻的澀味，我是用蒸的
請問大家煮的時候都有這方面的問題嗎?
要怎麼去澀阿?

還是我沒洗乾淨@@，我已經把他搓到變成白色的阿
