踢傷法輪功成員　愛國同心會判刑

愛國同心會在台北101前與法輪功衝突時有所聞，如今有人因此遭判刑。

今日《自由時報》報導，愛國同心會成員蕭勤，在去年5月28日持中國五星旗、阻擋法輪功顧姓成員搜證爆發口角，並用腳踹傷顧男大腿遭控告。高等法院昨天勘驗現場錄影光碟，判蕭勤55天拘役、得易科罰金5萬5千元，全案定讞。

雖然愛國同心會總幹事張秀葉曾經出庭，替蕭勤辯駁，但法官查出當時張秀葉忙著拿攝影機拍顧男的臉，根本證詞不可信。(葉國吏/綜合報導)
