小弟國立化學碩目前有幸取得兩份研替OFFER N=GG新人價公司　Ase Amkor 地點　中壢湖口工作　Bumping PE 測試PE 薪資　(N-1)*14+激怒獎金 (N-2)*14+季獎金全年約75~80 全年約80~85 但第一年會打折 (獎金那些用內政部底薪來算) 工時 ~19:00後(有加班費) ~19:00後(有加班費) 未來如果想跳待遇比較好的晶圓代工廠(TSMC VIS) 在封測廠綁三年划算嗎因為之前爬文封測廠要往上跳似乎不太容易...(砍年資&不認資歷) 另外哪一份OFFER對跳槽和日後的發展會比較合適? 感謝!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.44.254.18 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1425719117.A.91E.html
