北韓核作業美持續嚴重關切

美國今天表示，對於其認為違反國際協議的北韓核子作業，美國持續嚴重關切。北韓昨天說，有權遏阻美國的「核威脅」。

路透社報導，美國指出，北韓的石墨減速反應爐可能使它有能力在不久的未來生產額外的武器級鈽。

美國在維也納的代表團透過網站發表聲明：「這些活動明顯違反多項（聯合國）決議，必須立即終止。」
