標題[請益] 轉職請益該不該跳槽

現在的部門和工作，主管和同事，都很好相處，工作壓力也還可以，工作性質是RD 下班時間大約18:30，年薪大約剛好100 除非有緊急case，才會偶爾加班，可以報補休或加班費。當小主管位置有空缺，上面說我會是小主管位置人選。過年有面試機會，有去面試，有拿到offer，當初面試時，有說壓力會很大，且因為是對客戶端，所以可能下班後，有急事可能還需要處理工作事情，有重大case，有可能還需要飛去國外客戶那處理事情，若有需要出差，出差的期間大約一週，年薪大約130。正要面臨30歲，有轉職機會，但不知道該不該跳槽? 新工作的優點是公司比較有前景，且年薪也比較多~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 122.116.232.137 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1425559446.A.97F.html ※ 編輯: imch543 (122.116.232.137), 03/05/2015 20:48:02
