淘寶網帳號被盜買東西

我今天在看信箱時
發現淘寶網寄信說
我的帳號有被盜用,所以目前帳號受到保護
我有去登入改帳號跟驗證個人資料
結果去看紀錄發現有買網路虛擬寶物的紀錄
在23號晚上11點多而且已經付款等待賣家出貨
這並不是我買的!!!
我想將帳號註銷可是他說我有交易紀錄不能註銷
請問我該怎麼辦?
還有那個付款該不會要我付款吧?
