大陸1月外匯占款減少人民幣1,083

中國人民銀行（大陸央行）今（17）日公布，2015年1月末金融機構外匯占款餘額為人民幣29.3兆元，較12月末的人民幣29.4兆元減少人民幣1,082.61億元，連續兩個月出現人民幣千億元規模的減少。

2014年12月金融機構外匯占款下降人民幣1,183.65億元2014年全年；2014年金融機構外匯占款累計增加人民幣7,786.6億元，年減72%。

大陸央行10日公布的2014年第四季中國貨幣政策執行報告指出，2014年基礎貨幣供給通路發生變化，中央銀行貨幣政策工具（包括公開市場操作、再貸款再貼現和其他流動性支持工具）取代外匯占款成為基礎貨幣供給的主通路。

招商證券首席宏觀分析師之前指出，基礎貨幣的供給缺口擴大，定向降準的必要性上升；不過，2014年11月降息後的股市和利率齊升的實際情況決定，決策層將更偏好結構性調控政策，繼續實施定向調控，而非全面放水，以防止全社會的債務和風險水準上升。
