富邦金：年終獎金最高可達17~18個月

金控獲利富邦金的年終獎金受到注目，富邦金控今天表示，年終獎金依各子公司業務獲利及個人考績表現而定，去年因經營績效佳，獲利創歷史新高，年終會比2013更好，預計績效佳的子公司平均會有七至八個月，其中績優同仁最高可達17～18個月，整體平均年終獎金有四至六個月。為進一步壯大金控，富邦金控預計今年全年再徵才約8,500名，尤其富邦人壽今年預計徵才7,000人，較去年的5,100人大幅提升。

富邦金控今年儲備幹部（MA）亦將擴大招募，首度新增「人壽組」，另外尚有產險組、投信組、證券組、投資管理組、法人金融組、個人金融組、富邦華一組，將共計約招募40位MA，月薪6萬元左右，年薪可破百萬元。
