據指出，國發會主委管中閔已向行政院長毛治國請辭，在農曆過年前就將返回學校任教，管中閔今日並未進辦公室，幕僚表示，對於管中閔請辭一事，目前沒有回應。

新內閣才剛上任不久，即在農曆過年前傳出將局部改組的消息，據指出，國發會主委管中閔已向行政院長毛治國請辭，並已向總統馬英九報告過，在農曆春節前就會返回學校任教，國發會今(29)日一早就有大批媒體守候，但並未遇到管中閔。

對於管中閔請辭一事，國發會幕僚人員表示，目前沒有回應，管中閔也不在辦公室。管中閔是在2013年2月接任經建會主委，在2014年1月政府組織再造後，成為第一任國發會主委。
