英雄聯盟遊戲登入後無法進入遊戲畫面

我的電腦是acer Aspire i5 4460,顯示卡是NVIDIA Ge Force GT710,登入遊戲後,要開始時畫面出現黑框後，無法轉至遊戲畫面,曾試過更新顯示卡趨動程式,但無效，也把防火牆關掉也無效.希望有人能幫我解決,感恩!
