違建違法營業桃園加強拆除

桃園市工務局今天動員大批人力及派遣大型拆除機具，針對重大影響公安的違章建築中壢區環中釣蝦場展現鐵腕，強制拆除。

桃園市工務局說，中壢區環中釣蝦場為桃園市府列管面積超過500平方公尺的大型違建且違法營業案件之一，且經過多次通知與法定公告程序，為確保建築物的安全及維護消費者權益，今天協同台電、自來水公司與中壢分局，以大型機具進行斷水斷電並強制拆除。

桃園市指出，自即日起市府已對於違反土地使用、違法營業及消防安檢不合格之大型違章建築全面執法，期望升格後的桃園，能帶給市民更安全建築環境。
