朴槿惠：應為北韓參與對話創造條件

南韓總統朴槿惠今天在青瓦台聽取統一部、外交部、國防部、國家報勳處有關「統一準備」主題的工作彙報。朴槿惠強調，目前首先要為北韓回應對話提議創造條件。

南韓聯合新聞通訊社報導，朴槿惠說，要促進有助於改善南北韓居民生活的相互交流、合作與對話，推動有關統一準備的外部工作，並基於堅定的安保與國家觀念為統一作準備。

朴槿惠表示，為推動南北韓進行實質性對話，首先要解決南北韓高齡離散家屬團聚問題，這是對基本人權的保障，希望有關部門早日提出解決方案。

朴槿惠強調，作為統一主體之一的北韓當局必須解決北韓核問題，南韓也應在國際社會的幫助下敦促北韓堅決棄核。
