兩岸未來能否發展「海底隧道」的「貨櫃高鐵」?

在「台灣海峽底下」蓋「海底隧道」，「台灣」接到「福建」，發展「客運高鐵」及「貨櫃高鐵」

「海底隧道」中間可裝設「海潮發電機」，接收「黑潮」流水，帶動「發電機」發電!(以取代「核能發電」)

「海底隧道貨櫃高鐵」的好處：「不必擔心天候不佳，封港(海港、空港)的問題造成貨物滯留產生的成本耗損的問題，解決海運跟空運的缺點!因走的是高鐵及海底隧道，能以超高速快速送達貨物!提升運輸效率!」

長榮集團怎麼沒想到搞這個? 台灣政府跟中共政府怎麼沒想到搞這個創舉?(這個是我「突發奇想」想出來的!)
