台灣東洋藥品前董座林榮錦移送北檢

台灣東洋藥品前董事長林榮錦被現任董事長蕭英鈞檢舉，將公司2項藥品的技術專利無償轉移給瑞士INOPHA公司，涉嫌違反證券交易法，台北市調處晚間10時許將林和晟德集團財務處長王素祺移送台北地檢署複訊。

林榮錦走進地檢署時昂然面對鏡頭，媒體問他是否掏空公司，他還冷笑一聲，隨後被調查官帶進偵查庭。
