閃靈是重金屬樂團，過去都是聽到主唱Freddy嘶吼的唱腔，但在「失竊千年」新專輯，卻改唱民謠風格曲風，連唱腔也變得清澈。

樂團閃靈成軍18年來，將在月底發行「民謠風格」的新專輯「失竊千年」，專輯當中的新歌「薰空」MV，不只可聽到主唱Freddy清澈的唱腔，團長Doris難得開嗓，讓這首歌成為閃靈第一首「男女對唱」歌曲。

「薰空」這首歌描述的是太平洋戰爭中，台灣軍人前往南洋戰場打仗，與妻子的離情依依，並擷取了那個年代的台語老歌「望你早歸」。

為了要能完美詮釋民謠風格，閃靈特別邀請曾執導「熊寶貝」、「來吧！焙焙！」等清新民謠團體多支影片的導演博德量身打造MV。

博德表示，「以往對閃靈的印象一直是充滿霸氣」，民謠專輯讓她看到質樸溫柔卻又有力道的閃靈，「我希望能用影像呈現出閃靈深情溫柔的一面，展現直率的魅力。」

為了表現「薰空」的離情，以及閃靈故事中的「輪迴」概念，博德也在影片中，採取了倒轉的手法，讓感情更為糾結。(中央社)
