如何撕掉手機上的防輻射貼?

知識問題|

我剛才貼了一張防輻射貼在我的手機背面
可是我後悔了想撕下來卻撕不掉
摳好久摳到指甲都變形了也試過吹吹風機了
但因為溫度有點高我就沒再繼續吹了怕手機壞掉
也有用一點點的水抹過再撕還是撕不掉
用美工刀小心的摳也摳不掉真的快崩潰了
一般手機行有在幫人家處理這個嗎?
拜託有相同經驗的人告訴我該怎麼做QQQQQ
我的手機是金屬殼真的很怕刮傷但我又想撕掉....
