請問離台北約一小時車程的戶外下午茶地點

各位大大:

本週六就要出門，可是不曉得該去那裡才好?有朋友介紹去關西，但我覺得太遠了，不曉得還有沒有別的選擇?

我想要有室內或戶外喝下午茶的地方，如果下雨就在室內，天晴就可以走一走。另外我吃素，如果可以提供素食午餐就更好，可以午餐+下午茶一起吃。請不要介紹人山人海要排隊的地方。
