台IC封測產值估年增逾12%

（中央社記者鍾榮峰台北14日電）工研院IEK預估，今年台灣IC封裝業產值可年增12.9%，測試業產值可年增12.1%。

工研院產經中心(IEK)預估，今年台灣IC封裝業產值可達新台幣3210億元，較2013年2844億元成長12.9%。

IEK預估，今年台灣IC測試業產值可達1419億元，較2013年1266億元成長12.1%。

根據台灣半導體產業協會(TSIA)調查統計，第3季台灣IC封裝業產值845億元，較第2季815億元成長3.7%，較去年同期成長12.7%。

TSIA調查統計，第3季台灣IC測試業產值373億元，較第2季361億元成長3.3%，較去年同期成長12.3%。

展望第4季，TSIA預估，第4季台灣IC封裝業產值840億元，季減0.6%，年增14.3%。第4季台灣IC測試業產值370億元，季減0.8%，年增13.8%。1031114
