P50IJ 筆電要怎加記憶體

因為桌電壞了只剩以前再用的筆電(筆電的螢幕也是壞的目前是轉接到另一個螢幕使用)然後我看一下系統顯卡記憶體竟然只有800MB完全不夠用
請問這台有辦法加記憶體嗎? 如果可以的話是要買哪塊記憶體??
我的系統是
W7 2.00GB(RAM) 64為元處理器 Celeron(R) Dual-Core T3500 @2.10GHz
顯卡的型號是
Mobile Intel(R)GMA4500M
可用圖形記憶體總計814MB

因為我是要做平面繪圖用的所以還大大教我怎追加記憶體及要買哪塊才是正確的
