霧霾日增滬調整產業負面清單

上海市人民代表大會常務委員會昨天對大氣汙染防治工作展開調研，針對上海霧霾天數增加，空氣品質有惡化的趨勢，計劃加強淘汰一批老舊產業，為上海空氣品質「減輕負擔」。

綜合大陸媒體報導，上海市今年前10月發生霧霾的天數較去年明顯增加。上海12日因霧霾嚴重，部分學校要求學生戴上口罩。

上海市氣象局副局長楊引明指出，上海今年前10月共出現109個霧霾日。地區分布為西部多、中心城區多、東部偏少。

值得注意的是，今年夏天上海霾日也顯著偏多，其中7、8月分別出現11天和8天的霧霾日，去年7月僅2天，8月沒有霧霾日。

上海市已做好向高汙染企業開刀的準備。

上海市經濟和信息化委員會表示，上海推出中國大陸首份「產業結構調整負面清單」，共包括化工、鋼鐵、有色金屬、建材、機械等12個行業，386項工業生產淘汰指導目錄，促使企業注重環保、加快轉型。(中央社)
