大陸將大幅縮減外商投資限制

外商在大陸投資所受到的限制有望大幅縮減。大陸國家發改委4日公布《外商投資產業指導目錄》修訂稿，向社會公開徵求意見。

發改委相關負責人表示，這次對外商投資產業指導目錄的修訂在減少外商投資限制、擴大開放方面是歷次修訂幅度最大的。

新浪報導，與2011年版的目錄相比，此次新修訂的產業指導目錄，大幅縮減了限制類條目，從79條減少到35條。而且進一步開放外資股份比例限制，「合資、合作」條目數從43條減少到11條，「中方控股」條目數也從44條減少到32條。
