大陸承諾 向阿富汗提供人民幣20億援助

在美國撤軍、地區動盪擔憂加劇，阿富汗開始尋求新的海外援助之際，大陸承諾向阿富汗提供人民幣20億元的援助。

大陸外交部日前發布的一份聯合聲明指出，大陸國家主席習近平與阿富汗新總統Ashraf Ghani於28日舉行了會談。中、阿兩國政府還同意加強情報交流和邊境控管，打擊販賣、運輸毒品等跨境違法行為。

大陸外交部援引習近平的談話表示，大陸願意支持阿富汗新政府，協助培訓各類人才，發展農業、水電和基礎設施建設。

華爾街日報報導，阿富汗的和平關乎大陸利益，因為阿富汗有一小段邊界與大陸相鄰，大陸擔心阿富汗動盪可能向外擴散。
