日本媒體報導，東京電力公司為清除積存在福島第一核電廠1號機廠房上的廢棄物，今天開始拆除廠房的外罩。

東京電力公司經營的福島第一核電廠於2011年311大地震時發生核災，已計畫3年後要從核廢料儲存池取出核廢料。

為避免福島第一核電廠1號機散發出輻射物質，於2011年10月將核子反應爐廠房用外罩覆蓋，但要從核廢料儲存池取出核廢料，需先拆除外罩。

拆廠房外罩是今年7月開始實施的計畫，但去年3號機在撤除廢棄物時，不慎讓輻射物飛散到附近水田，東電備受指責，為思考解決之道，拆1號機廠房罩的作業延後。

作業員今天開始通過遠端操作吊車設備，在外罩的頂部開洞，並在廠房撒下防止輻射物質飛散的藥劑。今天的作業針對有6塊屋頂面板中的1塊實施，共在8處開洞，撒了約4000公升的防飛散劑。

明年3月起，東電將花1年多的時間更積極地拆除外罩。清除廢棄物的作業將從後年度的上半年起實施。

東電決定以測定儀監視輻射物質飛散的情況，然後將數據公布在官網上。1號機的核廢料取出作業將從3年後開始實施。 1031022
