請問行動電源防過充斷電機制

日前使用室友的行充時
敝人接過來隨便就找了個孔插，結果要不了多久行充就自己關掉了
一問之下才知道敝人應該是用錯孔了
(以下為室友的說明)

這台會防過充，你的手機如果只吃1A就不能接1.5A
不然你試試看......你看，這樣就可以了對不對
------果真就這樣一路衝到滿都沒斷電了

然後接下來才是重點
敝人有感於缺電嚴重，打算買一顆行充
不過敝人中意的型號大部分都是單孔輸出2A的
而且有鑒於之前這件事，敝人想先搞清楚
＂斷電機制＂跟＂輸出電流＂
之間的關係
