亞太月租750想要轉門號要付違約金82XX哪間電信公司好

我是大學生
原本是用亞太電信月租750
但網路收訊不穩定
手機也因為只能用亞太機
所以侷限只能幾款手機可以用
想要換家電信用
可是去年九月半的簽約30個月要到2016年3月才可以解約
要違約所以要付82XX
有推薦哪家電信公司的哪個方案有搭配手機優惠
有比較划算便宜的嗎
換電信也因為手機不好用才想很久的

可以提供一下意見嗎~~~
